What is microneedling?

The penetration of the skin by very small needles. The microneedles are spaced very close together allowing a high number of needles to penetrate the skin in a very mall area. 

Do the microneedles inject something to the skin?

No. They do increase the absorption of products applied to the skin, but they do not actually inject anything. 

How is the collagen induction produce?

The collagen is produced completely naturally by the body in response to the micro trauma produced by the penetration of the needles.
