How does acupuncture work? Adalys knows but I cannot wrap my brain around anything other than that Adalys KNOWS what she is doing. She CARES about helping her patients. had a painful wrist injury from a childhood. I’m now 47 and no doctor, medicine or therapy helped it. From the first time we met I knew she would be the answer I’ve searched for my whole life. We started doing once a week and just from that I could tell a difference. We then went to 3 times a week for about a month and my wrist is completely healed. It’s strong and flexibility is back.

She has points in acupuncture that can heal anything and everything. Consistency is critical to your healing journey. I have other issues with addiction and she has points that has knocked my pack a day smoking habit to only having one after meals.
I recently started working at a horse farm where i do very heavy lifting. I have acquired some new ailments. I will be coming once a week. I will make time to come more if it’s needed.

I had been seeing her weekly just to maintain my physical, mental health and wellness. The best way to go is to buy a package. With that package you have the option to treat many different issues.
She even has some miracle Chinese medicine teas that will knock out a cold or flu. When I say she’s the ultimate doctor I mean it.

She also takes insurance. Even if she didn’t take it I would still go.

“I was diagnosed with calcification under my right knee cap that was causing me pain to stand and walk. Traditional medicine said gel injections every six months may work and in a couple years insurance would cover knee replacement.
Dr. Diaz was kind, caring and gave me hope. After 3 sessions my mood improved, I stood more errect, my entire body felt better, and I could walk for 4 hours pain free. After 10 weeks I felt like a different person. I could walk for 8 to 10 hours pain free and a spring back in my step.
